My services are unique due to my extensive educational background in psychology, combined with my experience as a collegiate All-American and professional basketball player in Europe. I have also coached and trained athletes at all levels, from youth to professional. Throughout my career, I have worked with various sports psychology consultants and therapists, giving me firsthand experience of what techniques personally worked for me and what did not. This insight allows me to offer tailored strategies that are both effective and informed by real-world experience.
